What image formats can I upload?

JPG, PNG, and WEBP up to 10MB. If you upload something larger, downscale it first — the analysis model works from a compressed version anyway, so you won't lose accuracy.

Which AI art tools do the prompts work with?

Prompts are written in plain, model-agnostic language that works well in Midjourney, Stable Diffusion (including SDXL), and DALL·E. Pro and Business plans can additionally format the same analysis into tool-specific syntax, like Midjourney parameters.

Why doesn't the generated prompt match my image exactly?

Prompt Snap describes what it sees — subject, style, lighting, palette, composition — rather than copying the image pixel-for-pixel. Treat the result as a strong first draft and tweak details you care about most.

Can I regenerate if the first result isn't useful?

Yes. Every generation counts once against your monthly limit, and you can re-run the same image as many times as you like — results vary slightly between runs, which is often enough to get a better read.

What happens when I hit my monthly limit?

You'll see an upgrade prompt in the Studio instead of a new result. Nothing you've already generated is affected, and your limit resets at the start of your next billing cycle.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel from Billing and you'll keep plan features until the end of the current billing period, then drop to Free automatically.

Do you store the images I upload?

Images are processed to generate your prompt and, if you're signed in, kept with your History so you can revisit past generations. You can delete any generation, or your whole account, from Settings at any time.

Do you train models on my uploads?

No. Your images are used only to serve your own generation request and are never used to train or fine-tune any model.
