Terms of Service

This website (“Prompt Snap”) is owned and operated by Medialens LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company.

By creating an account or using Prompt Snap, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Prompt Snap analyzes images you upload and generates text prompts intended for use with third-party AI image-generation tools. We don't guarantee that any generated prompt will reproduce a given image exactly.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Upload images you don't have the right to use.
• Use the service to generate prompts intended to produce illegal content.
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or abuse the API.
• Reverse-engineer or resell access to the underlying analysis service.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Billing; you'll keep plan features until the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or described in our Refund Policy. Payments are processed on behalf of Medialens LLC.

You retain all rights to the images you upload and the prompts generated from them. You grant us a limited license to process your images solely to provide the service.

The service is provided “as is.” We don't warrant that generated prompts will produce any particular result in a third-party AI tool.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Snap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change, and notify account holders of material changes by email.
