This website (“Prompt Snap”) is owned and operated by Medialens LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company.

Account information: name, email address, and authentication details when you create an account.

Uploaded images: the images you submit for analysis, and the prompts generated from them.

Usage data: generation counts, timestamps, and basic device/browser information used for billing limits and abuse prevention.

We use this information to operate the generation service, enforce plan limits, maintain your History, process payments, and respond to support requests.

Uploaded images are sent to a third-party AI inference provider (currently Cloudflare Workers AI) solely to generate your prompt. Images are not used by Prompt Snap or its providers to train or fine-tune any model.

Generations are retained according to your plan's History window (7 days on Free, indefinitely on Pro and Business) or until you delete them. You can delete individual generations or your entire account at any time from Settings.

You may access, export, or delete your data from your account Settings. Where required by law, you may also request these actions by contacting us directly.

We use a small number of essential and preference cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Prompt Snap is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We'll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes, and notify account holders of material changes by email.
